this is on the east league website under proposed rule changes for next season:
12.6 League positions.
Teams will gain 3 points for a win, 2 for a score draw and 1 for a goalless draw. If teams have played differing numbers of matches by the end of the season, the league table may be recalculated on a percentage basis.
The winner of each division will be awarded a trophy at the East Leagues Presentation Day. Clubs presented with trophies in the previous season must return those trophies to the League by the end of March.
it's all about the goals now people!

wow, i go away for a week and it's all going off!
good results at the weekend from the mens' side of the club (sorry haven't checked the ladies' scores). good to see the 1s avoided relegation!

Not exactly sure where this e-mail came from but it was wrote last season in my first year @ brunel in october/november 2004.
obviously there is someone within the club brought up the past and decided to put a quite personal message that was sent to a certain few trusted members out to the public, not a lot i can do about it but i can assure you i am a lot bigger and strong-willed than whoever posted this and therefore will not be affected by this.
Not expecting whoever wrote this to apologise or make themselves known as it seems all i am within the club was a target.
I know which members within the club i value and trust and i am going to leave it as that.
On another note, the picture of me from Eastcote on a club day is a pretty awesome find, a piece of female head attire was necessary.... good banter.

Hi all,
i would like to apologise if i have led anyone on into thinkin i will be available regularly, but i will be unable to feature on a regular basis as i will be in eastcote's 1st team squad,
this is too good an opportunity to miss in south premier one. an example of this is the friendly that was played vs Havering on Sunday where we won 6-1 and yes... Ali was playing, this shows there is a step up in standard i am playing which will aid me in achieving future goals and targets.
would just like to say a big thanks to Bubba, Goddsy and Neil Wilson for all the coaching and guidance they have given me for the last 5years and i hope i can make a couple of appearances this season if a can.
i'll be down thursday if you don't mind me joining in so i'll see a few of you then,
